Chakra Balancing is an East Indian tradition of restoring balance to the chakras, or energy vortices responsible for taking in Universal Energy, therefore keeping you balanced and healthy. Each chakra refers to a certain area or organ of the body or emotion. A session will include an assessment of each chakra which will then be treated, balancing it by various methods and running energy. Before a session begins a therapist may ask for guidance in this treatment and that your highest good be served. After a session you may feel very relaxed, focused and peaceful, another time you may feel energized, focused, and balanced. Everybody experiences energy differently.

Crystal and Stone Therapy is one more form of energy work, using the earths natural stones and crystals to restore balance and give needed energy to sluggish chakras, cold spots or blocked meridians.
